Meet Heaven grace

Heaven Grace-Acheampong is a founder, CEO, content creator, wife, mom and community builder known for creating brands, experiences and conversations rooted in love, visibility, storytelling and impact. Born in Brownsville, Brooklyn and raised in Midtown Manhattan, Heaven Grace brings New York grit, warmth and cultural depth into everything she builds. Her work reflects both lived experience and intentional leadership, shaped by years of community-building, hospitality, operations and storytelling.

She is the Founder and CEO of Mrs & Mrs™, a love, life and legacy brand created to center Black queer women, couples, families and creatives through meaningful content, real conversation, intentional experiences and relationship education. What began as a vision has grown into a powerful platform and trusted community of more than 130,000 people, reaching millions every month through digital storytelling, events, tools and visibility-driven content. Through Mrs & Mrs, Heaven Grace has built a brand that speaks directly to the beauty, complexity and joy of healthy love, intentional partnership, emotional wellness and queer family life.

Over the years, Heaven Grace has curated experiences that move beyond content and into real-life connection. Her work includes speed dating experiences, luxury couples retreats, digital relationship tools, workshops, coaching offers and large-scale community-centered events designed to help people feel seen, supported and empowered. She is known for creating spaces that feel thoughtful, elevated and personal, spaces where love can be explored honestly, community can be built intentionally and people can walk away feeling more connected than when they arrived.

As a creator and entrepreneur, Heaven Grace leads with both heart and strategy. She has spent more than 15 years building her skill set across hospitality, customer experience, operations, social media, leadership and community engagement. That foundation continues to shape the way she leads her businesses today. Her approach is people-centered, brand-aware and deeply intentional. She understands how to create trust, how to hold a room and how to turn vision into something tangible that people can feel.

Heaven Grace is also the visionary behind a growing ecosystem of brands that reflect different parts of her purpose, creativity and long-term legacy. Alongside Mrs & Mrs, she is building Black Women Stay Winning, a brand rooted in elevation, visibility and empowerment for Black women, as well as Asia Nevaeh, her womenswear brand and Mia Noir, a developing home and body fragrance concept inspired by softness, mood, beauty and feeling. Each brand reflects a different lane of her creativity while staying connected to the same deeper mission: to build with meaning, to tell stories that matter and to create work that resonates.

At the center of all of it is family. Heaven Grace is married to her wife, Ritta, a professional photographer and creative entrepreneur behind ShotByRee. Together, they are raising their daughter, Mia Grace, who was born on September 21, 2021 and is now 4 years old. Motherhood has expanded Heaven Grace’s vision in a real and personal way. It has deepened how she thinks about legacy, love, representation and what it means to build a life that honors both family and purpose. Their family also includes Diamond, her beloved 15-year-old Yorkie, who has been part of her world through many chapters of growth and change.

What makes Heaven Grace’s work stand out is that it is deeply lived. She does not create from a distance. She creates from experience, from intention and from a desire to make people feel something real. Whether she is sharing her story, building a brand, hosting an event, speaking to her audience or developing a new idea, she shows up with honesty, vision and care. Her voice is grounded. Her leadership is warm. Her mission is clear.

Heaven Grace continues to build at the intersection of brand, purpose, family, creativity and impact. She is committed to creating platforms, stories and experiences that leave people feeling more visible, more inspired and more empowered to choose love, lead boldly and live with intention. For Heaven Grace, this work has always been bigger than content. It is about legacy. It is about representation. It is about building a world where people feel seen and where meaningful work can live for years to come.
